Pre-consultation / Medical History Checklist
Please carefully read the following contraindications and conditions to treat with caution in the list below, and be aware that if any apply to you then unfortunately you will not be eligible for treatment, and you may want to consider other options.

Aged under 18 years
Comprised/ damaged skin on the treatment area at the time of treatment (eczema, dermatitis, acne, psoriasis, sunburn, rash etc)
Those who have had botox and fillers, used chemical peels, laser resurfacing, fruit or lactic acids or had exposure to strong sunlight within 30 days prior to the treatment.
Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding **1
Those currently on antibiotic treatments **2
Cancer patients
Patients who have had radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the last 6 months (consult your Doctor) **3
Those using Roaccutane/ Accutane or similar, and medication that thins the skin, wait at least 6 months after treatment finished before microblading
Those taking blood thinning medication
Those with a history of kelloid or Hypertrophic scars
Diabetics (unless have Doctor’s release) **4
Epilepsy
Pacemaker or major heart problems (consult Doctor) **5
Viral infections and/ or skin diseases
Organ transplant patients
Illness- cold, flu, etc. (Can have treatment when return to good health)
Poorly controlled high or low blood pressure
Poor general health
Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system
For Pregnancy and breast feeding, clients are able to have the treatment done immediately after breast feeding has stopped, or when pregnancy has ended.
Treatment can commence 2-3 weeks after antibiotic treatment has ceased.
With your Doctor’s consent, treatment can go ahead 6 months after the last cancer treatment, so long as you are not taking any cancer meds.
Properly controlled diabetes can be treated with Doctor’s consent.
You may be able to get treatment with your Doctor’s consent.
